Park Day!

We went to the park for a picnic and playtime. The girls loved it. It has cooled off a little here so we are enjoying the weather....

Science Fun!

We went to the McWain Center in Birmingham last week. Addison had a great time with her cousins....she ran around like she owned the place. Here are just a few of the highlights!

Double Trouble!

Thursday we found out that we are having a boy and a girl! We are very excited! Now we just need to pick names...and yes I am sorry we are going to keep them a secret!
But here are a few highlights from our ultrasound. The very first picture is of them together...she had a hard time getting them together.
The last two are of them and their "parts" so beware......continue at your own risk!

I have worried about how Addison would handle one baby and then I really worried how she would handle two! But today as we sat and ate our oatmeal, she held her baby doll. She sat there and talked to her and loved on her and in her pretend voice said Momma, Momma....then she hugged that baby and gave her kisses. I think we are going to be ok....

Old Videos

I pulled out our camera just to charge it and found many videos of our little girl!! I decided to go with a theme though since there were so many of her Dancing!! It is amazing that she has changed so much since these videos were taken.....I need to keep the camera out!


Dancing Baby
This little girl has moves and we are not sure where they came from!! This first video is of her shopping with Mommy and Daddy when I neat song came on. You can see the entire stroller moving while she dances!

This next video is at Memaw Matlock's! She loves a good crowd..what little girl doesn't? But she has people clapping and singing! How can she resist?? (Don't worry, I have permission from the singer in the video...)

Tomorrow we are going to the doctor and we are hoping to find out what we are having!! We can not wait!! We are so excited! It will be very disappointing if I don't get to find out tomorrow. In fact I might just stay there until they tell me....yes I know a little overboard! But I am hormonal.... I can get away with hormonal, right?? Let's not ask Jon about that....just trust me, I can!

Best Friends

Since we have moved Addison has spent a good deal of time with her friend Kyndall. They have so much fun!

Today her friend came over to play a little while... they love to do what the other one is doing which can be tricky at times. But this is where they wanted to sit when they ate their snacks!

Dog Days of Summer

It is so hot here, but that is not what the title is about......

Poor Lil Bit...she is the only dog that will take anything from Addison. Sometimes I tell Lil Bit to RUN!!!! But she stands there and lets Addison do her worst...of course I try to protect her as much as possible. Sometimes I think Addison thinks she is a doggie. This morning Mil licked the floor and Addison got down to try it....YUCK!!! Then she saw Lil Bit sunning and she went and laid next to her too...I tryed to get her pic but she moved back. Timing is everything!!
