Christmas is all wrapped up!!!

 Andrea and I took the girls to a painting place. THEY had a blast!

 The day before Painting, we took the kids to a bouncy place. We had to do something, the kids were going nutty and it was way toooo cold for us to go the park like we originally planned. So we did this and we had a blast! We were the only kids for the longest time so it was so easy to keep up with all of my little duckies.

Wrapping Up Christmas Part 2

The Loot, don't be too excited, Santa gave them things like sheets for their new beds. So the big things are actually things they need. Jon and I thought they would just enjoy the unwrapping part most!

The kids had a great time, they were super sweet about the whole experience. But I think that I had that best time!!!! Being a parent is so exciting (and tiring!) Mommy stayed up a while getting ready for Santa. One thing I am thankful for is that Santa did not drink the milk with the cookies, because Talon left a surprise for him. I noticed Talon hanging out with the Milk and cookies before running to bed, I thought it was because he wanted a snack. No, he wanted to conduct an experiment. Poor Santa! I poured the milk out and it make a thump sound when it hit the sink, yes I jumped because it was loud and scary, but two AA batteries fell out of the glass!

All in all it was giggles and fun, just look at the fun Sophia is having with Papa!

Addison LOVED her time with her cousin Jared! She wanted to be by his side the whole time!

I still remember thinking that this day would never come, the day that they would cross the line from babies to small children. I am so thankful that they are here, healthy and sweet. Our little family would never have been complete with out them! I will have plenty more posts when we get settled! It is almost time for Santa! Let's just hope the kids forget a few things they got from the grandparents....because they are making Santa's lot look small! We have some lucky kids!

Baking Cookies

This is a Happy BOY!!!!!He LOVES to EAT!!!

I did an experiment to try a new cookie recipe. I took a recipe I found online and made it my own. Luckily it turned out YUMMY!!! I have never been good at cookies, but I think my skills have turned a corner. Jon took a bite and looked at it, like are you sure little cookie you want to taste this good? Right then, I knew we had stepped into a whole new dimension of cookie making.... Addison loves helping in the kitchen, as you can tell in the pic she is cleaning my mixer.

Ba Hummmmm Bug

Daddy is working nights! We miss him! He is even working nights Christmas Day!!!

He is able to come home for about an hour every day to see the kids. They love daddy time. I am so glad that they adore him so much.

Some one asked me how I slept at night while Jon works nights, sadly I had to admit, Two Tylenol PMs! I just lay here listening to all of the crazy sounds if I do not, and that makes for a tired momma!

Elf On the Shelf

Ok, so this was supposed to look like Barbie was helping him....and that is what I told Addison. However I think it looks a little more like, "You messed with the wrong Barbie, Elf!"

That crazy elf decorated the bathroom!!! Addison actually caught me (she doesnt know that though!)
She woke up and needed to potty. I was finishing up, and she walking in and I said, "Look Addison!!" I think this was her favorite one yet!!!

Breathing Machine Addicts

Not sure if you can be an addict to this stuff, but Tinsel and his gang of buddies are pretty excited about it!!
Mommy even had to look for Tinsel this morning, usually she knows his where abouts...but I think Daddy helped him find his place for today!
