Addison is 10 months today. I know, it may be a bit much to post every month about our little baby and how she is growing. But, years from now when she reads her book, (that I am making from her blog) then she will be so glad that I wrote all the silly things that I did.
She is growing so fast, it amazes me how fast they change and develop. She now has two words, Dada, and Bye bye. She even waves her little hand when she tells you bye. Now that she has discovered the fun it is to mimic us, she is trying many other sounds and words. We love it!
She has a grand total of 6 teeth. It is so strange to look at her and see all those teeth, it makes her look so big! She is chewing on everything, she even tries to chew on us.......She is eating really well, she eats everything we give her!
She is also trying to walk, which is bad and good. We want to see her grow, but she is growing too fast! She stood the other day by herself. She just stood in one spot trying to maintain her balance, but she is figuring it out very quickly!
(Here are a few pictures from a meal time, we have tried bibs over and over, but before she starts eating she takes the bib off and tosses it to the floor. So I just found a good stain remover and let her go!)
She is a doll! They do grow way too fast....I know now what my mom meant when she said that while we were growing up! I know that Addison will LOVE her book....how are you going to make it, by the way? I'd like to do one from my blog, but don't know how to go about doing it!

ReplyDeleteShe is growing so fast and acquiring so many new skills and abilities. Wonder where she acquired the ability to mimic so well? Hmmmmm must've been some method to all that mimic madness! It's the same thing I did with the kids. They learn to mimic sounds, then it's easier for them to mimic words. She is blessed with such a loving mommy and daddy.
You are not crazy for updating every month. These are moments you won't get back. And since I have a feeling you've been slacking on the baby book then this will be great for you and Addison to look back on! Her hair looks like it's growing too. It won't be long until you can pull it up in a ponytail.
