A Birthday, A Flu Outbreak, and A Cowboy

 Yes, I am one of those crazy mothers that decorate even when we have to cancel our party due to a case of the flu. I won't name who brought it home from work with them.Luckily no one else in the Matlock Clan has caught it...knocking on wood! I have pinned the flu infected individual up in his room, strange thing is I heard no complaints from him on that....Today as I cleaned the house to hopefully disinfect from the germies, I imagined the germs screaming as I bleached thier lives away! I do have terrible feelings towards germs!
However, Addison LOVED the puff balls! I saw this idea on that Pin site....If you do not know what I am referring to then just keep your life that way!!! That site is tooooo addicting!!! However, I went to the party store to find the supplies, while I was there Martha Stewart tried to sell me her pack of things to make puffs. Poor, Martha, she just doesn't know that where this is an idea there is a YouTube video. So I went home, looked it up and sat beside Sicky and made puffs! They turned out great!!! At least Addison thought so!

 Another idea from that pin site! Addison loved it too!! I put it up for her to run through when she woke up! I felt so bad about her birthday! She literally has this happen every year to her. She is sick or her friends are!! So I had to make it a special day regardless of who and what is going on!!

Jon and I talked about how we could make her day fun with out getting her around other kids...because you never know when you may have it and spread it unknowingly. So we did the safe parent thing and we asked her if you could do anything at all today what would it be, be prepared for the sweetest thing you have ever heard!

She said, "To go grocery shopping with mommy by myself."

All she wanted was some alone time with Mommy!!!!So she got super excited when we told her Mommy was taking her to see a movie BY HERSELF!!
