Townhome.....

We have been super busy here!!! Way too busy. I think once summer is full swing we will slow down a little... maybe.


I wanted to update on a few of the things we have been up too...


One day I called Jon and told him I am going to buy a townhome... For some husbands they might be alarmed. For Jon, I think its normal.


So I (we)  bought the townhome. We had a friend do a few things to it and I got ready to rent it. I knew it would make the BEST rental. I wasn't too crazy about the rental idea, but it was right there... too easy.


I went on a group run and someone asked me about a town home that just sold. She wanted to buy it sooo bad but was afraid. (It was overpriced online, anyway!!) I told her I knew the new owners very well!! hahahah Its me!!!! I took her to see it. She was in love and made an offer so I sold it to her!! 


We owned it for a month and a half!!!!! It was the easiest work we have done to a house and made a great profit. We enjoyed it!! It all happened so fast. But I think like most things when you are watching for it and make the right moves some pretty cool things happen!!
