Ok everyone... Monday is when we'll find out (hopefully) if our little rascal is a boy or girl. We do not have a true preference we just hope the little rascal is healthy! So come back on Monday to see if we'll have a little Mr. Matlock or a little Miss Matlock.
By the way, we were able to find a bushel of purple hull peas and so Hannah is happier than ever.
My first rotation has been in a pediatric clinic. I am about to start my third week of it. There are eight docs in the clinic and they round at three local hospitals. It's been really awesome to actually be caring for people and learning in the field versus learning and memorizing slideshows in a classroom!! I have been learning how to care for kidos all the way from newborns to teenagers. This has really been helpful and I feel like I won't be freaking out like most parents over little stuff now. This rotation couldn't have been at a better time for us. The cool thing too is that with working with this group we've now found our little rascal's pediatrician. So anyway, that's what I've been dong the past few weeks.
