A year ago we were given a free 27 inch (old) TV. With this TV we needed a TV stand so we found a really nice solid oak entertainment center on Craigslist.com (an online selling/trading site) for $40 bucks. This worked great for awhile; you can see pictures of that setup below.
So now last week one of our friends told Hannah they wantied to get a "hang-on-the-wall" HDTV and needed to sell their 32" flat screen HDTV. Hannah said, "Oh really. How much are you asking?" They told Hannah that if she wanted the HDTV and the stand it comes on then she could have it all for $150.00. She said ok and that she'd have to talk to me. SO Hannah comes home and tells me all about it and I told her (almost immediately) to call them and tell them we want it! Hannah and I both knew that we could sell our old freebie 27" tv and the entertainment center on Craigslist and could make more than $150.00 dollars to pay for the new one. So that's what we did. We sold the 27" old tv for $60.00 and we sold the entertainment center for $100.00!!! So that means we sold our old stuff for 160.00 and the new, better HDTV and stand only cost $150.00 so we pocketed $10.00. This is a typical exchange for Hannah! She's has done this EXACT same thing for our couch and loveseat, bookshelf, portable dishwasher, christmas tree, etc., etc. We have not lost money with our deals yet. SO when you come and visit us and our place looks nice, you'll know it's because of my virtuous wife who buys and sells for the family (reminds me of Proverbs 31:especially verse 16 ).
I better be good, if not I might be put up on Craigslist next!!!!!!

Haha! Looks nice... And so didn't know that you painted that wall red. Or is that just my imagination? Your little house is clean and well put together. Just wait till baby Matlock comes.... haha! I wish I was as good at the craigs list/bargin dealing as Hannah! Maybe you can teach me one day. Can't wait to talk to you soon.
