A quick update.........

Hi Everyone,

I am sorry that we have not updated the baby ultrasound pictures, but I do not know how and Jon is crazy busy! So you will have to settle for what I can do and that is really only operating the camera and computer, the scanner is out of my league.....sorry.

We are so excited about having a baby girl, we can not wait to meet her! I was so relieved to hear and see that she was developing normally. The doctor said that she is right on target with her growth, so my due date is the same.

And her name is going to be: Addison Claire Matlock

Here's what happened through out the doctors appointment.....

We waited forever to get back there to the ultrasound room, this was not helping my nerves! I tried to pass the time by talking to Jon but he just sat there......(we deal with our nerves much differently, he sits, I talk.) So finally we got back there and Jon asked the ultrasound tech not to tell him but to let him look and see if he could tell! So that was the first picture she got us to. ( I had done some major surfing on the web, so I had already made my guess...) But Jon kept waiting, so finally I said honey please tell me I am dying here!!! So he hesitated and said girl, she said you are correct! Jon relaxed so much after that, which was nice I needed him too! Jon's knowledge was great, he was able to ask the important questions while she took pictures and measurements of our little butter bean! So afterwards the tech also had questions for him about Medical school and her application process. ( She wants to go where he is attending) It was an exciting day that only got more exciting, when we went to babies r us, I think that store wants to confuse new moms to be....that is another post for another day!

Also, here is a picture of me at 21 weeks. Several of you have asked how "big"  I am, which I feel like I am as big as a house! I have had several friends tell me that I look small for almost 6 months, which is wonderful, but I think they are sparing me the harshness of reality!
